Before you write
If you're reporting a bug or problem, including the following helps us help you faster:
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
- Your device (iPhone model)
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- A screenshot, if visual
Common questions
Which NMJL card does Mahj Daily use?
The current National Mah Jongg League card. Mahj Daily updates to the new card each year when the League releases it.
Can I play with friends?
Single-player vs. computer opponents is available at launch. Multiplayer is on our roadmap for a future release.
How do purchases work?
All purchases are handled through the iOS App Store using your existing Apple ID. We do not see your payment information.
I purchased a tile set and lost it after reinstalling.
In the App, tap Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored on your device only. Deleting the App from your iPhone deletes all associated data. You can also reset progress within the App's Settings.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iOS is our launch platform. Android is something we'll consider after launch.
